Finally, A Shipping + Returns Policy!

Update: I'll be changing the shipping costs in the catalog pages as soon as I get some quotes from UPS and figure out my costs. In the meantime, US shipping is free on most items during the Valentines Day Sale and international orders would still require a custom quote.

I spent a good deal of Monday and Tuesday wrestling with annoying setbacks and delays in shipping out several orders and it finally inspired me to find a better solution. The good news is that orders should ship more quickly and for less money. The even better news is that now that I have a reliable solution to the issue, I've been able to write up a shipping policy that should answer any questions anyone might have. You can read it here.

Shipping has always been a little slow because I was driving an hour away to use one of those services that take care of the whole deal. I've finally opened a UPS account so that I can have orders picked up here at the paddle factory. Much better, yes.
