The Dirty Show: Art, and booze, and insanely hot naked tiger women, oh my!

 

I just got my acceptance email for this year's Dirty Show a few days ago. As the photo above makes abundantly clear, last year's Dirty Show in Detroit was the most fun I've ever had at an art show… naked people wandering about, a full bar, indoor smoking and a huge selection of high quality erotic art. How can you go wrong? In fact, last year's show marked the  first time anything remotely cool happened to me on Valentine's Day… at the end of the show I hooked up with the luscious vixen I'm still totally smitten by.

This year I'll be bringing a bunch of paddles and possibly debuting some new designs. I'm also making nine erotic mosaics which will hang as a grid, but will be available for purchase separately. I'll post pictures of them as I finish them.

Held every year over Valentines Day Weekend, the Dirty Show has consistently been Detroit's most controversial and most successful art show. Last year the show drew 1000's of submissions, hanging over 400 pieces of art by more than 250 artists from 20 countries. On Saturday evening, there was a line around the block when 1,800 revelers exceeded fire code and the bouncers had to stop admitting people until someone else left.
